 1.Organization Overview

Elugi General trading Plc is a multi-disciplinary business firm, providing diversified service in a wide range areas. Elugi Consulting Architects and Engineers was established in 1990 EC, and the organization has broadened its initial scope of services, and is now diversified creating many other business firms. So the management board decided to collect all the business firms under one mother General Company.

In 1996 Elugi General Trading plc is established and the entire companies came under the General Trading as sister companies. For the purpose of clarifying that we do not have any conflict of interest in the business sectors we involve, we would like to mention the names of our sister companies.

Elugi Consulting Engineers and Architects PLC was established in 1990 E.C and is registered at Addis Ababa City Administration Infrastructure and Construction Authority as CATEGORY ONE (CAT I) CONSULTANT and is licensed to carry out consultancy services in the fields of Architecture and Engineering. The full range of services assumed in the Engineering Sector is an integral component of ELUGI’s activities.
