Defense Construction Enterprise wants to purchase the amount of sand used for the construction of the Peace Enforcement Center G+3 (20-03B) project as per the tender document by comparing the bidders through open bidding
Therefore:
1 Bidders must have a valid business license, pay up-to-date taxes and be able to provide proof of VAT registration. They must also submit a renewed tax clearance issued by the tax authority to participate in the auction.
2 Bidders must provide bid security as per the Bidders' Instructions, Rule No. 7.3 and 7.4.
